Terms and Conditions
1. Definitions
In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

– “NFCC” means NFCC Assist Ltd, a company registered in UK.
– “Client” means the person, firm, or company who commissions NFCC to carry out the Services.
– “Services” means the design, construction, fit-out, and landscaping services provided by NFCC.

2. General Terms
1. These Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts between NFCC and the Client for the provision of Services.
2. By commissioning NFCC to provide the Services, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
3. These Terms and Conditions supersede all prior negotiations, understandings, and agreements between NFCC and the Client.

3. Services
1. NFCC will provide the Services with reasonable skill and care.
2. NFCC will use its best endeavors to complete the Services within the agreed timeframe.
3. The Client acknowledges that NFCC may subcontract parts of the Services to third-party contractors.

4. Payment Terms
1. The Client will pay NFCC the agreed fees for the Services.

3. Late payment fees may apply if payment is not received within the agreed timeframe.

5. Liability and Indemnity
1. NFCC will not be liable for any damages or losses arising from the provision of the Services, except to the extent that such damages or losses are caused by NFCC’s negligence or breach of contract.
2. The Client will indemnify NFCC against all claims, damages, and expenses arising from the Client’s breach of these Terms and Conditions.

6. Termination
1. Either party may terminate the contract by giving written notice to the other party.
2. Upon termination, NFCC will be entitled to payment for all Services provided up to the date of termination.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
1. These Terms and Conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of UK.
2. Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions will be resolved through arbitration, mediation, or litigation.

8. Changes to Terms and Conditions
1. NFCC reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.
2. The Client will be notified of any changes to these Terms and Conditions.

By commissioning NFCC to provide the Services, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
